  • Are my workout days spaced out right?

    I got my exercise routines down good right now but, the days I do them on I feel could be refined. Here it is:

    Mon-Chest
    Tues-Abs Forearms
    Wed-Back
    Thurs-Shoulders
    Fri-Off
    Sat-Arms
    Sun-Legs

    I think you should take abs and forearms and do them with other days so you can have at least 2 days off from the gym per week... Split them up or take the weekend off and train during the work week is what most people do...

      everything else looks good.

      my split.

      Day 1: off
      Day 2: Arms - Abs
      Day 3: Quads
      Day 4: Shoulders - Abs
      Day 5: off
      Day 6: Back - Hamstrings
      Day 7: Chest - Calves - Abs


      Cardio Every other day 30min.
