  • Night time training, good or bad? Or does it really matter?

    My schedule has changed quite a bit, so the only time I have to dedicate to the gym would be after 9pm. Is this a bad thing? Taking into account my diet remaining the same, would I notice any difference by training at night? Or am I totally overthinking this one?

    It seems like u dont have a choice in the matter. I dont think its as good but the body adapts to change well.
