I've been looking on the internet for an official chart or one that is generally accepted as the truest chart, but haven't been able to find one.
I'm hoping to find a chart out of a research journal or from a reputable exercise science organization such as ACSM/Cooper Institute.
So far, some of the more popular ones I find online don't seem accurate. I am a trainer and I've performed the Rockport Walking Test on myself, and many others. In most cases, the results show that the people are fitter than they and I think they really are. Some of the charts I've found online, are very unspecific. I hope there is one with a detailed range of performance/age categories.
Does anyone have or know of a good VO2Max Chart? What is the source from where you found that chart?
