I don't know if my form is off or what, but when I do dips, weighted or not, i reach failure because of my shoulders instead of my tris or chest. my shoulders arent really a weak body part either. is this supposed to happen? what could be wrong with my form to cause this?
i know my delts are going to come into play, but i still have a lot left in my tris whenever i am reaching failure.
