    well i start my morning cardio tomorrow 60 minute sessions -- looking to drop 40 lbs that will put me at 260 lbs ---

    will be very restricted carbs during week - will load on clean carbs either sat or sundays

                            yeah it was that way for me too but i have never actually gone on a strict diet. i keep sayin to myself that im gonna do it but keep puttin it off. guess i should just get my head outa my arse and do it.
