  • Lower Abs Help

    My top 4 abs really pop, but the bottom 4 are hard to see. I do v-ups everyday and do leg lifts on a pull up bar but cant seem to get those to show as well as the top 4. Any other exersizes i should try that doesnt require big workout machines?

    thats all about bodyfat, what you are going is fine. just need to be leaner.

      Yeah, i was just reading up on alot of the members meal lists and made me feel like a slob lol I thought i ate healthy but i see there are a few things i need to cut out, I need to go from regular peanut butter to natural and go from breaded fish to regular salmon fillets, hopefully that will help a little.
