    i am pretty banged up as of late but happy about it !!

    i started to train with someone new -- he just signed a contract with a big supp company . it becomes more lucrative if he gets his pro card --
    [in all natural division]

    he is all natural and a great kid !! never touched a drink or drug in his life .

    he does strongman in the offseason - he is strong as shit and trains balls out -

    he pushes my old ass to my limits and beyond and i love every fucking minute of it - got the old fire back in me -

    i would love to have this kids genetics - his fucking legs are unreal [they are huge ] . they over power his upper half

    i told him if he wanted i would get him ready for his next show in october - we hooked up and now i go to the chiro a little more often :)

    i have trained with many people in the past and this is only the second time i have come across someone that will push me just as hard as i push them and i push people hard - its why so many people in my area want to train with me !! i am a very intense person when training

    he starts diet 16 weeks out from his show and i will diet with him - its close to the easterns and nationals soooooo you never know :dunno:


    i now train with 2 guys in there early 20's - i need to hit more cardio and drop some weight or i am going to have a heart attack :D

    i love this shit !!!!!!!!!!!!

      dammit scott i wish you were closer to fla cause my training and diet are shit, if i somone to train with and keep me tight i might get down a few lbs. on another note scott you shoot any gobblers?

            not sure what his maxes are ! i am pulling him away from just throwing up heavy weight at this point its counter productive for bodybuilding -

            i have pulled him down a little and added reps -- i am big on the 12 to 15 rep range
