    I did arms today, 100 barbell curls (50, 30, 20) with max 5-10 seconds in the breaks, 100 preacher machine curls

    100 tricep press downs, 50 tri press out on cable, 50 tri press downs

    weird sensation, burns mostly at insertion points

        so I trained them thursday and the brachias is still so tight and aching its painful to straighten my arms, sheesh
