  • Biceps...

I am satisfied with my triceps steady growth, but I want a bicep to match them. I decided I am going to try excesive sets; atleast 20 sets just for my biceps on their own day all to failure doing 12-15 reps. I am gonna run it for 4 weeks and see what happens. I just feel they are real stuborn to get pumped. If you can tell from my recent posts I am trying to just mix everything up; I mean all these workout routines we here about came from people trying different stuff it I feel that it will make the gym more fun trying stuff like this and recording results. Tomorrow im starting this cuz it is time for me to start a new routine.

In my expierence, not getting a good bicep workout is a result of too much movement in the shoulder and/or hips.

I understand what you are saying but I can say honestly that is not my problem. I absolutely have no swinging or momentum going on.

I did my workout and it felt great my arms feel good two days after my biceps feel like I worked them out but not to the point that they were over worked.

make sure your not going to heavy. do standing barbell curls and then finish with some cheat sets. at the end of the standing barbell curls bend down as if your putting the barbell down on the ground and do a bunch of bent over curls until you cant do them anymore.

        do 4 sets that way.

then go do 4 sets of seated preacher curls until failure each set.

do that everyday for a week. tell me houw your biceps are feeling. :)

I will try this next week; so I just incorporate this into all my exercises or only do biceps?

I do try to do all my bicep exercises with my arms starting perpendicular to the ground and ending at a parallel it feel it gives me the best workout.
