  • Trouble laying out workout days

Any of you veterans wanna help me layout my workout days? Cannot do legs yet, doctor has not cleared me on that hopefully he does at my next appointment in two weeks.

I workout on weekends too, so do not worry how the days fall.

I am training for mass, I do 12-15 reps medium to heavy weight for 4 sets, 3 exercises per muscle group.

    Day 1: Chest/Triceps

    Day 2: Upper Back/Biceps

    Day 3: Rest

    Day 4: Shoulders/Lats

Day 5: Biceps (Been doing this for a couple weeks, can see my biceps
widening already, want to run this a little longer.)

    Day 6: Rest

    Day 7: Repeat

1 day of 30 min of cardio and after every workout i pedal on bike for 10 min.

    Any suggestions or revisions welcomed.

I meant I do all rowing excercises that day, I don't kno all the different muscle group names, I should prolly look them up.

I always found 2 on 1 off to be too stressful for me when I was mass building.

        Do you feel overtrained?

I feel pretty great, I have been writting down all my exercises and have been steadily adding weight to my exercises and my muscles have only had that healthy sore swollen feeling, not any intense pains. I have 3 more weeks for this routine I will evaluate my results then go from there, I wanted to see some workout routines that people found to be successful for them.
