    Today was leg day. Yay! :clapback::retard: Anyway, I get through 2 exercises and toward the end of the second my quads feel like they are going to explode. I get to the third and it is hamstring focused. After that is complete, my quads no longer feel sore.

    Normal, bad, "Rado says STFU"?

    lactic acid buildup in the quads. you did hams, stretched out the legs gave the quads a break and no more lactic acid thus no more burn.

            Could be you worked them harder then normal or pushed your limits more then normal... It could also be partially to do with your hydration or nutrition on that given day.... Make sure you are getting lots of water, your multivitamins, and make sure your stretching between sets to keep blood flowing and get lactic acid buildup out
