                Sunday was my day off

                Today I may switch to a light circuit for this week as I'm taking a big test all week. Especially since I'm sure the "fitness center" in the hotel will be limited.

                  Just did dynamic bodyweight work

                  3 rounds of

                  OH Squat w/ light weight x 12
                  swiss ball sit up x 12
                  swiss ball back ext x 12
                  pullup x 12
                  dip x 12


                  then did squat pyramids up to 175lbs

                  cooked.

                      changed things up a bit today.

                      did quads, hammys, calfs, and pecs.

                      seated calf raises, standing calf raises, leg presses wide stance, hack squat machine narrow stance, seated extensions, seated hammy extensions,

                      4 sets cable chest presses, 4 sets cable flys.

                            Did legs and calves on Friday still can barely walk and going up stairs and steps is very difficult. WOW

                              Thrusters, 20 pound ball, (Reps)
                              Sumo deadlift high-pull, 50 pounds (Reps)
                              Box Jump, 14" box (Reps)
                              Push-press, 50 pounds (Reps)
                              Row (Calories)

                              In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
