i figured this would be the best place to put this. My right pec hangs a little lower than my left, and it also seems my back grows bigger on my right side as well. what would be the best way to fix this? more reps singling on my left side only, or what? thanks

I don't have an answer for you, but I will try to keep this bumped to the top and hopefully someone will have some advice.

Do you do unilateral exercises? I find if I don't, some exercises I can definitely feel myself "pulling" harder with one side - may be a stronger side, may be a more dominant side, whatever.

sometimes the way the muscle is shaped is just different. nothing you can do about that.

no i don't do unilateral excerises. i have tried it before, and it really makes me feel like i pull more or less equally on either side.

your postural alignment might be much stronger on your right side. This can cause you to have a more pronounced push or pull response to exercises. I>E> you have a greater transfer of energy from the muscle to the load because of stronger posture on the same side.

Have someone check spinal alignment, esp when crossing frontal plane. Make sure your core and stabilizers are firing correctly, and fix any deficiencies you find with corrective exercise.
