          have you maybe thought about going to physical therapist and saying "i cant move my shoulder much and it gets weak"? just a thought. instead of putting it threw the hell of a power lifting meet.

          this is going to be one of those things where you say "i should have listened to you bouncer."

          what are you going to do if you make your injuries much worse?

          im telling you right now, do things your way and you will have no need for this forum in the very near future because you wont even be able to lift anymore.

            I have experience with shoulder rehab and yes I have thought of that. Hey keep it up you might be getting thru. So you don't think I should add the strict curl and go for the Quadralift. :)

              i think you should join a normal gym and use cable movements and machines for awhile. let your body rest while still training the muscle.

                NON ON NO no anything but that. I used the 5 lbs dbs yesterday I promise I did. I don't want to go where they use Men's Fitness workouts.

                  might be surprised. sometimes the machines in those gyms hit the muscle the way free weights cant without putting so much pressure on a joint etc..
