ME: 172lbs, 5'10"
Flat Bench: 195
Bent over Row : 170
Curl (preacher): 25........
Standing Military Press: 50
Squat (smith): 200
Seated calf raise: 540
Dead lift:80x2(no bar available)
Site note: Shaved a moustache today. :thumup:
