The title says it all. I have not really dieted other than cutting cheats to once a week and cutting carbs this last week by 1/2 and I also stopped eating and drinking 8 hrs before weigh in. At the beginning of this week I weighed 206 last week 208 and I just weighed in at 198.25 .:thumup: 198 was the goal. I just finished a huge dinner with a big slab of chocolate cake and have drank a couple of liters of water since I got home. I also had a large shake on the way home. I was by far the leanest guy at the weigh in I guess I don't really look very much like the average power lifter.
SO as long as the old joints hold up tomorrow I won't have to tell Bouncer he was right.
