i am 8 weeks out of a bodybuilding show with very limited carbs and still put up 515 lbs on incline bench for 2 today
i worked up from 240
240 x 20
330 x 10
420 x 8
515 x 2
then a drop set back down to 240 till failure
the numbers are different because your average bar is 45 lbs - i use a bar that is alot fatter around and it weighs 60 lbs on its own -
did dips supersetted with cables flyes after that and that was it for chest
