  • Been natural for a year this month

So I came off last October and while I felt low for a while I feel pretty good now. Healthy all round and although I'm a lil pudgy I'm generally quite happy with how I look and my training.

    Until today!

So this fuckin Eastern European guy that trains at my gym always talked with me blah blah, I always used to say to my cous, those guys are strong naturally.

Anyhow, he'd done a couple cycles of test and sust and fuck me he's got stronger, and now he wants to train with me well I'm good for a few sets then my strength fades, this fucka is like a duracell battery. :fight:

now I'm pissed cos he killed me on arms today, thats it, I'm upping the creatine, carbs and protien.

I had my whey isolate and carb drink PW, came home did 75gram calcienate protien and some chicken and brown rice with red pesto sauce lol

It starts now I'm gonna be eating more and training hard:weights:

I love using too I'm in no way bashing, being natural (if I can possibly call myself that) is just right for me now and maybe for another year or more.

What I'm saying is that I've been babying myself a bit and although I know I will always need more rest than when being on I'm at the point where I feel like, well this is probably as good as my hormone levels are gonna return and I'm ready to push it more.

I feel like I want to just let it go now and train smart but hard and go for it, its as if I've been making excuses for myself for a long while and I've forgot how to train hard.

I have always been natural, but the gains are slowing down, it may be time for me to switch over.

For a long time now I have only had female training partners. You start training with a guy, both seem to try to show up the other guy, then injury happens.

I couldn't train with a women no way I'd feel too self concious, but if I was single :hibb::thumup:

I'm too ingrained with what works for me to get carried away more than once training with someone else. It was all fuckin drops sets and forced reps from set one on arms:disagree::wack: I hardly slept last night felt so overtrained and guess what, I wake up today and my bi's don't even ache, fucking worthless

I'm more your; use a moderatley heavy weight quite controlled and create some slack at the end to get the last one or two with a small swing on bb curls for example, not all this forced reps and then triple drop shit at the end, gets you nowhere

I'll tell him next time, no more circus shit:weights::disagree:
