    Howdy again

    I want to know whats best exercises for my back

    bent over barbell row,fuck my back up

    any suggestion to save my back?

      Its likely because you're going to heavy and because of that your form is bad. Bent over barbell rows are one of those exercises where good form is very important for safety.

      I noticed you have been asking a lot of fairly basic stuff. Try searching for posts by a member here named "Control". He's written quite a few threads about the basics and he has been a big help to me.

      As for back, I like the basics. Pull ups/downs and heavy cable rows are my favorite.
