    I am having a hard time getting my triceps the way I want them wich is stronger/bigger Arnold said triceps respond well to high reps. I try to throw reps in at the end of my workouts trying to tax the muscle to the extent. I'm using 25 mg winnie a day and 400 mg nandrolone a week now. I'm 3 weeks into this cycle and am trying to make the most of it. everybody knows heavy weight promotes muscle growth but I did like 20 sets of flat and incline bench the other day 20 reps with 205 lbs and I felt it the next day. What do you guys say about high reps??? I weigh 190 lbs

    i dont like high reps.

    i like the "feel" of the muscle. train it to punp as much blood in it as you can. go as heavy as you can while still using perfect form for 10 reps.

          Can you guys define "high reps". Bouncer, he is talking about 20 as a high rep range and you are throwing out 10 as high. Is that what you consider high rep ranger?

            I consider anything over 15 high reps 15 is even pretty high to me others may have different opinions

              like i said. strict form, heavy as you can for 10-12reps. if you can only do 9 with strict form, lighten the weight. if you can do 13, make it heavier. blood in the muscle is what is important. pump.
