Bouncer I did 3 sets of each exercise like you suggested for a total of 18 sets with bench, flies, and pec deck. I had to lighten up the weight a bit towards the end to keep my form good but it was a good workout. I been taking my winnie about 45 minutes before training, I'm getting stronger. Sounds good to me!!!!
