  • Cardio schedule

I'm going to be doing low impact mornings / then starting my attempt at running again evenings.

Still gonna be doing a 3 day split lifting - the goal here is to lose weight but ultimately I need my conditioning up (my lifting routine is changing quite dramatically). Question is - with proper nutrition, how many days a week do you guys think I can do the cardio ? Should I just feel my body out ? I'll be running a variety of fat burners, and the diet is going to have to be pretty strict. I know in the past I've slipped into over training and I want to make sure that I don't waste any of my time as this has nothing to do with appearances and everything to do with results.

i like cardio every other day.

i would think about the fat burner stuff bro. they are a little harsh on the system. i would like to see you stay away from that for now. maybe some black coffee before you train but nothing else.

I'm not going to be taking any of my fat burners for a few months - give my body some time, it's been through hell as of late. I don't think i'll touch any eca .. maybe cup of coffee but I don't like those types - you know my luck w/caffeine, I like other fat burners much more :). I'll stick w/eod and hopefully these damn leaves fall asap so I can burn some calories as I make peoples yards look nicer than mine :weights:

I would say listen to your body to increase consistency. The main reason people fail is they try to do too much to quickly. Then their body forces them to cut back until the motivation is gone.
