How much rest should I be getting between workouts? I'm one of those guys that love to workout and probably over do it sometimes. But I have noticed that when I take a little more time off I see better results. like I did chest last night and was gonna do shoulders tonight but decided to wait til morning giving me an extra day of recovery. But I'm also stacking winnie and nandrolone so my recovery time should faster. Go all out while I'm on the juice or get the extra rest???
