So, my right knee seems to be getting worse? If I tore some ligaments or something, I would know it right away, right? I was stretching this morning in bed, and as I was stretching my legs, something in my right knee I think made some sort of pop...and then it felt better. What does that sound like to you all?

B- I know why you recommended the fish oils, but why calcium?

Nek- What's virul chronic fatigue? And, don't you have to get bitten by a tick to get Lyme's disease?

Viral chronic fatigue can be mono, etc. I had mono FORever back in February, I think you'd know if it was that.

As for your knee, no, you would not necessarily know right away. My grandmother just had surgery on one of hers because it was all torn up inside - she doesn't know "why" or anything though. Just gradually started hurting more and more and swelling pretty bad.

Are you still running? I'd say take a break, try the Aleve or Motrin for inflammation, and if it doesn't feel any better, go to the doctors. You're too young to screw around with messed up knees!

just to strengthen the bones etc.. you could be having bone pain from some kind of deficiency.

You WILL definitely know if you tore anything. My guess it was just a regular pop and are you being stubborn about taking aleve? If you are what is the reason besides breast feeding. :)

i dont know bro. its not always obvious if you tore something. i have seen many people that have something torn and they didnt know it. you might get pain like red is having but nothing that immediately says "torn".

Well, I definitely think it's a tendon or ligament.. The knee itself doesn't hurt. But, it just seems a little swollen, and a certain spot is tender

I am totally ok w/ taking some Aleve. But, I don't want it to just put a bandaid on the problem. But, if you all seem to think its more inflammatory than anything, then I have no problem taking it. I'm not breastfeeding still, BTW

Would GH have a negative effect on my joints? If anything, I would think it would help my situation...My knees are still tight, but not as bad...
