    Too much going on this week so haven't trained, ate loads shit.

    Just bought my food for the next week, gonna train tommorow before haloween party at night,what should I do, you decide I will obbey:hibb:

              ok 3 sets per bodypart has it so this is what I'm doing;

              3 sets pull down
              3 sets chest press
              3 sets shoulder press
              3 sets leg press
              maybe 30mins cardio lord knows I need it ha!
