  • Basic Routine

    Here is what I have been doing for a workout and seeing good results.

    Day 1: Chest/Tris 3 exercises for each muscle group 8-10 reps for 3 sets

    Day 2: Rowing back exercises/Biceps 3 exercises for each muscle group 8-10 reps for 3 sets

    Day 3: 35 minutes at 145 BPM and 3 sets of sit-ups and 3 sets of crunches

    Day4: Shoulders/Back Pulldown exercises 3 exercises for each muscle group 8-10 reps for 3 sets

    Day 5: Legs 3 exercises for each muscle group 8-10 reps for 3 sets

    Day 6: 35 minutes at 145 BPM and 3 sets of sit-ups and 3 sets of crunches

    Repeat


    Noticeably, I have dropped to 240lbs. but I now see all my abs and the vascularity is slowly creeping up my arms. I am actually at a body mass I am pleased with, gonna stay on this track till march then we will see from there.

    240 with abs is very respectable bro. unless you are 6'8 or some shit. then you just suck. :D

      I am 6'2" I really want my same body fat% but at 265lb. I kno it is totally possible just think it is gonna take some supplements to hit that goal.
