Just fell twice leaving after legs, granted my left knee stopped me from doing legs for a solid amount of time - but when you are collapsing you know you put in work. I'm much more careful to have a ready made shake, some dextrose and at least 16oz water w/me during my workouts now, if I could I'd just bring a steak and sweet potato, but faggot fitness doesn't even allow me to bring gallon jugs.
