I'm wondering if this happens to anyone else?
Everytime when i'm doing and excerise that requires you to push i.e flat bench..your elbow starts to feel like it's popping, like the feeling when your crack your knuckles taht popping sensation. It hurts like a MOFO and I've had this problem for a few years but it comes and goes and just recently hurts real bad..:mad:
