"I think he probably knows what he is doing. When you sculpt a muscle you have to fail on every set......so if you are doing 15 bicep curls, around the 12 marker you should start to fail. But he trained with trainers who do 8 sets of 8 reps with under 15 seconds break in between on medium weights....that makes you look good but you have to wince a bit as you fail the last few reps. I hope I am working out when I am in over 60 years old.
