Dc training or the 5x5 workouts Ive heard pros and cons about both of them. For my next bulking stage Id like to just focus on getting strong and adding as much size so Im thinking of different options and ideas? I posted in this forum what I was thinking of doing so you can see what I was going to do and still might but just looking for ideas. My weak points that I need to bring up for the next time I walk on a stage are my hams mainly when I cut and Id like to bring my rear delts up some to match my fronts which grow abnormal. Im also going to add some core training as well to see if it will help for other lifts and make me a bit more dense looking. Thanks for any input or ideas.

10 sets and 10 reps like if I do 3 excersices for chest do I do 10 sets and 10reps for each one? or do I do just 1 excersice for each bodypart and do the 10x10 for that one?
