  • Crossfit workout today...

    My first Crossfit workout in about 6 months. I've never been able to keep it up for over a month because of the nausea and headaches that inevitably follow the intense sessions. I'm going to try to keep it up and concentrate solely on getting cut. My eyes were opened the other day when I had to unbutton my pants on a 2 hour drive because they were cutting in to my gut. I have no reason to be an "in-betweener" like Bouncer calls it. Unfortunately with my 70 hour work weeks and my lack of commitment to a specific goal, this is what has happened. I'm going to focus on functional strength/cardio for a while, get myself below 10% BF, and go from there.

    Today's workout was the crossfit.com workout called "Angie".

    -100 pull ups
    -100 push ups
    -100 sit ups
    -100 squats with no weight

    I felt like an idiot for the first 30 pullups, but after that I was so tired I couldn't worry about it.

    I think New Year's Resolutions are gay so I made sure to start this in 2009.
