  • hit the gym today

    felt super weak today. maybe cause i practically did nothing for the past 5 days? barely even moved haha. felt like a bitch at the gym lifting 2/3 of what i usually lift and struggling... any advice? wanna get back to doin it goooood :weights:

    still, the workout has stimulated the metabolism so get the food in, creatine, hydration and be ready for next time, it'll come right

        One thing I have noticed is, if I don't drink enough water over the weekend, and than all of a sudden get back into my routine on Monday. I will have shitty lifts.

        Try to get enough water in the day before your workout. That helped me.

            tru man. havent been drinkin that much water lately. gotta get my fluids back in. but im sure this is only temporary. once i get back into the swing of things like you said i should be back to normal. i hope lol

              Ya definitely get back to your gallon or more a day. 5 days of no workout should not have you lose strength. I guarantee you won't lose strength.

              However, if you're not properly hydrated that will affect your body.

              Get back to your water intake and than workout out the next day and tell me how you feel.
