I think alot is genetics when it comes to peaks but yea c urls, and people say cable curls when standing whit your arms are out to the side, but Ive done all of them and my peaks or lack of dont grow. Like I said imo its genetics like my dad has big ass bics but there long and thick they dont peak my whole family is that way.

i agree genteics is more key than anything... i have 19" arms and i'm all tricep.... guys with 16" arms have bigger bicep than me.... i go with higher rep strict form standing curls with the wrist twist at the top... i almost hit myself in the chin with the dumbell when i twist it at the top..... that will hit all peak... works all heads..... tris will help push that bicep up so if you hit the bis heavy hit the tris the same... if both get a little bigger then your bicep should look that much bigger..... just my opinion

Like everyone said genitcs will be the biggest factor. but you can improve on what you have . Like you said concentrations will help alot as you cant realy cheat.
Also a big mistake I see alot is people move their arms when doing a regular curl. Try this, grab two dumbbells rest with them at your side have some one put his finger on your elbow(back side near your tricept) then curl. If the finger is not touching the elbow you are cheating (using shoulders). This way feels weird and you cant curl as much weight but you will be using the most bicept this way

Depends on how advanced you are too. If you're a beginner I wouldn't worry too much about biceps peak and just do some barbell curls.
