I used to swim indoors twice a week last summer for my cardio. Within 2 weeks I was shedding weight left and right. I highly recommend doing this.
I started swimming back up again today. 30 minutes of swimming back and forth. Take a break when you're tired and than go back at it.
Felt my entire back get stretched out and now I am very relaxed.
So, whenever you feel sick of doing elliptical, rows, stair master, treadmill, and bike. Go swim if your gym has an indoor pool.
