I saw some guys doing it so I tried it and loved it. So it goes like this, useing the smith machine and 1 arm at a time load the weight on the bar and do shrugs like u would with a db but 1 arm at a time and for some reason it hit my traps better then any other thing Ive done for them ever,it looks funny and people stare but it was the shit I do traps heavy and very hard and this made them feel worked and a bit sore already. Give it a try I thought Id pass it along.
