Explain this to me why can I do 240lb incline bench for 10 reps, 120lbs dumbbells for 10 reps, but when I go to do flat bench I can barely get 8 reps of 185lbs

is it because you've spent more time inclining to build upper chest, I hardly ever flat bench so I doubt its much better than my incline but I'm sure if I started flat benching regular that would become the stronger movement. I don't do it because I hate the shape it creates on my chest

I had a similar problem. What got me through it was doing a flat bench every other week. See when I first started working out all I did was flat bench and my chest did look funny; actually I am still fighting to get my chest to my liking; fly's on a slight incline is my weapon of choice for chest exercises. incline is a more natural movement for me, but not a stronger one assuming I trained both flat and incline, I chose to focus on incline everything becasue I prefer that shape.
IMO its just a case of how you train, if you prioritised flat for a while that would take over

I cant do flat bench at all. When I get tired I cheat with my shoulders I try not to cheat but it just happens. I ussaly end up jacking my shoulder up sooner or later.
for some reason I can keep my shoulders back with incline?
I am just like Mr I, I like my look better with out flat anyways.
