Mondays I do Quads and calves and Friday i do Hamstrings and Glutes. was wondering how some of you on the board do your leg work outs should I try to do legs all in 1 day or is breaking it up o.k dont want to over train but also like being able to walk threw out the week lol. should I try switching up the days I do these work out let me know what you all do open to new work out ideas and plans thanks

I split them up also. i do quads twice a week and hams twice a week when getting ready for a show --
offseason -- i do hams twice a week -- i do them on back day -- again with arms
if train i mean actually train quads you cant put max effort into hams afterwards --- you could do them before quads as another option but the spit you have is fine
