    Now that I can see my abs I want monster abs; whats everyone do for exercises?

    hanging leg lifts and some other thing I wouldnt know how to explane with words.
    leg lifts are best IMO. If you could hold the bar like you were gonna do a pull up and just do leg lifts there that would be pimp, but I have to use the straps cuz I am a fat ass,lol.

      leg lifts , i like lifts off the floor aswell --


      in the end though abs is more of a genetic thing -- you either have thick abs or you dont

            I do them slightly differently. I don't bring my legs up very high. I have my knee's bent and bring them up as high as I can maintain good posture and than bring them down.

            Careful not to rock back and forth and not using momentum :)

                I have big abs; I just think a little exercise to them can't help thicken them up.

                  I do ab pullups and ab pulldowns because they are good strength exercices. Not sure if they are the best for size.
