    Here is my routine; I took it from Dorian tell me what you think.

    Day 1- Chest, Biceps, Abs
    Day 2- Quads, Hams, calves
    Day 3- Rest
    Day 4- Delts, traps, triceps, abs
    Day 5- Rest
    Day 6- Back, rear delts
    Day 7- Rest

    It looks beautiful. I like the chest-bi part, not sure why you would put tris after shoulders rather than back.
