So following a week off to let a lower back injury heal I trained legs today and swore I wouldn't let my ego get the better of me. I started with leg extensions and then when I moved to hack squat I kept it to s pathetic two plates a side, well third set and 15 reps in and my thighs just go, I go back down with the sled and am stuck there, had to shuffle step my heels to the side to spill out the machine. Failed on two plates a side lol!
I would normally work up to 4-5 plates a side on a heavy day and I think my body has just adjusted to relatively low reps
