      I don't think Kai really got it, he struggled to slow his movement down and looked pissed off. It just seemed like they should have had a run through before they started to get their head in the right place

        you have to remember too is that what works for one wont work for someone else.

        someone like kai knows what works for him better then Dorian does at this point IMO.

            I doubt Kai got anything out of that really, his mind wasn't in it and his reps were completely off, he hardly pulled right back, he hardly paused and kept rushing to string reps together, completely missed Dorians logic, I bet Kai went home angry after that!

            Dorian didn't seem to really drive the logic home, but Oscar bought into it. I agree at that stage of his regime Kai shouldn't be switching training style but hanging onto what he knows works. I can never get those Dorian style bent rows, first off it feels like a cop out and secondly seems to work mostly my traps, if I bend to 90 degrees it feels better, sating that I'm no stronger doing it dorian style

              exactly. our bodies all move and work a little different. some movements feel great for some and crappy for others.
