I've been thinking about changing up my chest routine a little and going back to something I used in High School. But I can't remember exactly what it was, so I 'm looking to see if anyone knows of it and can help me out.
It was one of those Bench Ladder type programs where if you did it: 12x135, 10x175, 8x205, 6x225, 4x240 then you theoretically would have a one rep max of 280 or something like that.
They had one of these charts posted in the weight room. Just wondering if anyone knows of it or what it is called so I can do a better job of searching for it.
