i like chest and triceps, back and biceps, delts and traps, legs, and 3 days off in between. that works best for me.
I have been doing that for a while, want to try something new and I was looking through my records for the gym, and before I got hurt I was doing this routine and I was at my peak size. Gonna run it for about 8 weeks and see what results happen. I have been trying Dorian Yates split for about 4 weeks now, prolly give it another 4 before I move on.
To compound on this topic what if on those days you did 6 exercises with 3 sets for 10 reps on those days; think that would be ok to do for a couple weeks, want to do something to shock the system and I think that would be a good try.
