Sucks to have those things holding you back

          Why not surgery?

I notice people are always resisting surgery. I welcome it. Every time the doc said I needed surgery I said sign me up. Some of my friends always say I don't need the surgery then they complain all the time about things hurting.

I am especially sold on surgeons after the miracle my doctor performed on me this last time.

Right now i'm taking it easy and doing some stretches and lifting lighter weights. Rehab will be a last resort if it doesn't go away in a couple of months.

The thing that's killing it is I sit behind a desk all day in a shit chair. I don't have money to get a new one right now and the process to get one at work is a pain in the ass.

See i'm the opposite because surgery is always the first thing doctors go to. there are plenty of ways to fix problems without going under the knife and being down even longer.

I am the first one to say of you put your mind to it your body can heal itself and fix things in amazing ways; but sometimes having the doc do the surgery really helps that process get a jump start.

But I do not have much knowledge in the area your speaking of I know alot about ankle knee and shoulder surgeries and recovery time, nothing dealing with back injuries.

                  thats the wrong attitude bro.

you been talking about this back pain for at least a month and a half now. its not going away.

you need to be doing rehab yesterday!!

why would that be a last resort? i understand surgery being a last resort but not rehab.

the longer you put it off the worse the issue will become.

yes, its called rehab. and you are to busy fucking around with little stretches for the last 2 months you stupid dick.

get the fuck into rehab. why do you think injured athletes can come back so fast? because they are in rehab immediately.

and some things cannot be fixed without surgery.

like i had a small piece of torn cartilage in my shoulder that was cutting into a tendon and nerve etc..

small surgery fixed it right up, cant even see a scar.

It's actually been fine lately, just flares up every so often when I do the wrong things. So I just cut those things out and it doesn't bother me. Rehab is way too expensive to do that's why i've been just doing things on my own. You'd think since rehab is good it would be cheaper, but insurance companies don't give a shit.

its fine is it? your full of shit. you know damn well your training has been severely restricted. your not fine, you are simply avoiding things that make it hurt and thus missing out on a lot!

insurance should most definitely be covering the rehab. it is in their best interest. because if the rehab cant fix you they will have to pay for surgery and that is a lot more expensive.

stop procrastinating and get your ass in there. insurance covers it.

Not my insurance bro. It'll cost me like $90 a week just to go there for 15 mins. It's ridiculous.

well thats horse shit if thats the case.

do you have any sports therapists in the area? you would have to pay for it but they would be the best bet and it would for sure be longer then 15 minutes at a time.

We do but it's the same case with the money. NYS is one of the worst when it comes to any type of insurance. I think it's time to go on welfare.
