well your going to have to start your body is telling you that.

and once you do you are going to be kicking yourself wondering why you havent been doing that all this time because guess what.. you will get bigger.

yea thats true. im just stuck on the idea that heavy weight equals bigger size but not to the point where it sacrifices form. the problem with what happened is that one of the straps i was wearing fell off during one of my reps when i was up chest out etc and when it did my weight shifted and i felt something go wrong in my lower back.

definitely will take your guys' advice. thanks fellas.
yes heavy weight = bigger size but only when its the muscle thats being taxed, the problem is when you use too much weight and lose control its then the joints/tendons that are doing the work which equates no net gain and increase tendonitis and injury.

I have a fully equipped home gym. When was the last time I used it? 6:30 this morning followed by a 10 mile bike ride.

Fact is you have a a very ignorant opinion abut chiropractic care. Let me know when you find an herbalist that was required to obtain a Bachelors in Medical Science and 4 yrs of grad school.

                  chiropractors can fix very little.

they can fix issues for people with poor posture or people who sit over a computers all day.

but when it comes to real athletic injuries they do nothing.

and i can post about 50 articles proving my point if you care to read them.

And with those 50 articles you can find 50 disputing it with facts.

If it was so useless I highly doubt that most major sports organizations would have one staffed for their athletes.

Can they fix issues that require surgery? Of course not. They can however fix many issues that if left untreated that could lead to surgery. Subluxation causes a lot of issues.

But hey, you keep believing what you want. You are the end all be all know it all on here so it is useless to attempt to educate you.

Thats good to hear bro. I am glad you got it checked out and saw that it isn't that bad. Good idea to get that MRI. Did the chiro prescribe any pain relievers?

most sports organizations do not have chiropractors on staff.

they have sports physical therapists. big difference.

                            its a simple fact.

every single sports team/organization on the planet has physical therapists on staff. those guys you see on the sidelines working on the football players and stretching them out etc.. are physical therapists.

"spinal readjustment" and cracking the neck and all that crap is just that.. crap. not only is it crap but it can be down right dangerous. its not needed to fix the problem at hand. deep tissue massage, rest, stretching and proper posture will go miles further then fucken "spinal readjustment"..

if sports teams have a chiropractor on board i guarantee he is working more in a physical therapy role then a chiropractor role due to his knowledge of the spine.

sounds like you had a simple "hunch problem".

do you hunch over a desk all day?

if he truly fixed you then you must be a pussy complaining about what must have been a very simple issue. :D
