For those of you who don't know, I am training for a triathlon, while trying to maintain my size (dialectical I know, but possible). I am debating on whether to drop my leg workouts until I run in the triathlon in a few months. I am biking 30 miles a week and running about 10. Those numbers may go up. When I bike, my quads scream, and my hams and calves do from running. SO wat do you guys think? Keep in the leg workout on saturday or drop it?

The ironman distance of 2.4 mile swim, 110 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run would be great to run one day, just not now
