    caught up on me pretty quick, great pump, started with leg extensions first high rep

    good for a quick change up or a shock but not something you would want to do every workout. it drains your strength for the big core exercises.

      yeah true, I'm kinda stuck with my legs at the moment

        On topic of legs - my left knee is in rough shape, and I cannot have the surgery I should have on it because of military goals - so recently I had to switch to really try to just go light and squeeze it out ... I was shocked how much better the results were - sometimes it takes an injury to realize that moving weight is great and all, but unless you are power lifting, train for your goals not for the old habit or ego.

          could not have said it better. Powerlift or bodybuild. Pick one at blast at it

            def a great way of getting unstuck .. like B said though its something to do once in a while --

            giant sets are nice now and then aswell
