    I did some looking around online but found no articles really that got to what I was thinking.

    I guess my question is weather in general, but spring and summer esp I feel so much more alive and ready to go, longer hours - I want to be outside more, be active and be healthy. All of this makes my time and desire for the gym even more. You guys feel like the better weather has affected your training ?

    no, its been hot as fuck here. i like spring weather. 65 degrees with clear sky and a breeze makes me feel good. not fucking 90 an humid and hazy.

      :rofl: I love it being hot to train too - I normally still hoody in summer or a beanie I can't train without something covering my head. A) my face is so beautiful it distracts the rest of ppl training B) shaved bald head goes from hot to freezing if you step in front of the damn mega fan.

          I like to train in the summer because I sweat more compared to winter. So i naturally lose more weight.

          No matter what season it is, I also do cardio with thick hoodies.
