    What exercises do you guys do to get the roundness to your shoulders?

    seated dumbbell presses. (never bar and never behind the head)

    standing side dumbells raises (go light so that you can pause at the top, fell the delts burn dont just sway with weight that is to heavy)

    seated bent over raises for rear delts. (again go light and feel the burn)

    cable front raises. stand facing away from the cable with a straight bar. grab the cable between your legs and raise with arms straight out and hold just above head height.

    4 sets of each and i dont count reps. i go until my delts are on fire.

      I like that Bouncer, very nice. Why don't you do seated bar press?

      Konitz, I do seated DB press, DB standing side raises, DB standing front raises, and the side later raises with the machine

        because it dosent allow you to focus just on the delts and the way your body moves. it locks you into a position and forces you to move in a certain angle.

        db's hit all the stabilizing muscles etc..

          ahhh.... just curious. I like to do standing bar press occasionally, but i agree that nothing hits your shoulders and stabilizers like DB presses.
