  • good days bad days?

    usally for legs I stay consistant always a pretty good workout, I think cuz when I was fighting i never did legs and lost size I want it back now,lol.
    anyways I had a really good day then the next week a shitty day. I really liked the great day and wondered was that the cause for the shitty day the following week?
    anyone have thoughts on this?

    Well for me a bad day can be caused by many things. The biggest are shitty diet and lack of water. If i am not drinking enough water the day before my workout or the day of my workout, i feel like crap, and i can't lift.

    I also like to workout with a stress free mind. Sometimes the little stresses can get to you and you won't know it.

      I know my work outs have really suffered, and so has my fat loss because I havent been getting enough sleep. I took a third job so I'm working way too much. Luckily I'm only tripling up for another 10 weeks.
